Christmas in Seaton
Seaton Town Council has secured the use of the Town Hall for 4 days in the Christmas period and is inviting local organisations and charities to apply to be considered to take advantage of this free offer. One day will be devoted to local group/charity stalls, other days may be devoted to single events (eg art displays, children’s concert etc) depending on the demand. Some groups may wish to stage entertainment, some may wish to provide refreshment. The Hall will be available from 9am to 9pm on each of the days and there will be no charge to the users. The dates are 17th, 18th, 22nd, 23rd December.
Interested groups and organisations are kindly requested to write to The Town Clerk, before 31 July, providing an outline of what they intend to do and how long they would need the Hall for, to enable a programme of events to be worked out.
