Minutes of the meetings held on 16th and 23rd April were approved and signed by the chairman.
623/06DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
There were no declarations of interest
624/06TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS
a) 07/1050/FUL erection of conservatory to rear of property, 12 Swallow Court,Seaton
Members unanimously recommended Approval
b) 07/1094/FUL replacement dormer and new windows to rear election, 7 Harepath Road, Seaton
Members unanimously recommended Approval
c) 07/1106/FUL 2-storey side extension, 6 Hillymead, Seaton
Members recommended Approval by 4 votes to 1.
d) 07/1126/FUL erection of two bay timber garage, Harewood, Fremington Road, Seaton
Members unanimously recommended Approval
e) 07/1170/FUL erection of stable block, Uppacot, Harepath Hill, Seaton
Members unanimously recommended Refusal. They did not think that this plan had addressed the reasons for refusal of application 06/3388, ie contrary to policies S4, EN2, D1 of the East Devon Local Plan. They agreed, however, that they would support an application for a stable block on the site approved in planning no 05/0236/FUL.
The Chairman closed the meeting at 7.28 pm by thanking the Clerk for her help and support during the year and also asked her thanks to be passed to Mrs Prideaux for her help.
The Chairman wished all councillors present, good wishes for the future.
